I had a problem in finding the right size of Raw MDF blocks for my projects (gifts for birthdays and christmas). It only took one email and all was sorted. So I thought... Mom went to hospital and I had to make arrangements to get there and again, no problem for this team. They would hold the package back until I'm at home to receive it. Prompt response to emails and no matter what, they are always there to make special orders and deliveries seamless. THANK YOU SO MUCH
