What happens if a product is missing from my shipment/delivery?
If your order has been delivered or collected and you are missing one or more items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

In order to investigate, we will require the following information:

Please supply the number of items and product title you have not received

Confirm if the order received was received in a good condition and sealed i.e. box or parcel was not tampered with

If you did not take receipt of the item, please confirm who received order e.g. reception
We will confirm the action, within 24 hours of receiving your request, with one of the following outcomes below:

Locate the missing items and will schedule delivery to you as soon as possible

Replace the missing items, by creating a new order

Credit your takealot.com account with the amount for missing items, if we no longer have stock available
Should you want to report missing items, please provide us with the information requested above by replying to the email (hello@redesigns.co.za) with your #order number
Do you offer shipping outside of South Africa?
YES! Yes we do.

Best would be if you send us an email to hello@redesigns.co.za with your physical address and contact number and we will send you a courier quotation.
We usually ship with FEDEX.
Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
You may change the delivery address after you have placed your order, on select orders, provided it has not been booked for shipping yet.

Depending on the products in your order and the delivery type you have selected, the option may be available to you.
If you have purchased products with a lead time and you have opted for a standard delivery option, you can change your delivery address.
